Yes, there is. I put a copy at http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/ 
robertwb/sage-3.4-Intel-OSX10.4-i386-Darwin.dmg (I put one in the bin  
directory like normal, but it doesn't show up on the download page  
like it used to...)
