Let A be a matrix of order (30,30) and  A=(A1, A2
                                                              A3, A4)
where   A1 (24,24), A3 (6,24), A2(24,6) and A4(6,6) with
A3 is a zero matrix.  We know there is unimodular transformation U such that
UA=(B1, B2

B3,B4)  with B2(24,6) is a zero matrix and
B4(6,6) identity matrix. How we can find U (echelon form or other) using
Sage?
