This is a feature, which I intentionally setup for exactly the reason
you explained above.

For a version of http://sagenb.org without timeouts, please contact
our sales department and upgrade to a Pro Subscription (tm) for just
$36/year.   (Just kidding!)

Since you're Victor Miller, if you don't have account on my cluster,
just let me know (off list), and I'll create one for you. Then you can
do intensive calculation on your own Sage notebook server, if you
want.
