This is a feature, which I intentionally setup for exactly the reason you explained above. For a version of http://sagenb.org without timeouts, please contact our sales department and upgrade to a Pro Subscription (tm) for just $36/year. (Just kidding!) Since you're Victor Miller, if you don't have account on my cluster, just let me know (off list), and I'll create one for you.
