Alas, I can't get Xcode 3 after all. There's a link for it on cnet, but when I click on the link, I get sent to an App Store, with the message: Your request could not be completed.
I'm now in the process of downloading Xcode 4. Apple's site seems messed up at the moment. Once I get it, how should I proceed? And why is this even necessary?
