The following example from Sage Reference v5.6 >> Numerical Optimization >> 
Mixed integer linear programming
      http://www.sagemath.org/doc/reference/sage/numerical/mip.html
gives a wrong answer when solver = 'PPL' is used.  The equality constraints 
are violated.
