It works for me, as follows: sage 6.7 server running on a remote
machine (ubuntu 14.04), port 8081. I am logged into that machine
using ssh-tunnelling and open localhost@8081 and log in. (Local
machine is a laptop also running ubuntu, and chromium browser).
Navigate to a fairly random live cell in the reference manual.
Shift-enter works fine.
