so it doesn't have an adjacency matrix in the sense of a graph.
Here is a graph whose picture looks a bit like the standard image
of the Fano matriod:
sage: Gamma = Graph([(0,1),(0,2),(1,2),(1,3),(3,4),(1,4),(2,4),(2,5),(4,5)])
sage: A = Gamma.adjacency_matrix()
sage: A
[0 1 1 0 0 0]
[1 0 1 1 1 0]

[0 0 1 0 1 0]
I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for.
