Hi, your macOS is too old to run this binary.
(it's in fact well past EOL).

Your best bet is to build from source, although I expect big trouble.

If it's an old hardware you must use to run Sage, I can only suggest to install 
Linux or FreeBSD on it, either directly, or in a VM
