Indonesia's Antam ratings not immediately affected by joint bid for Herald - S MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said PTAntam Tbk's recently announced joint bid with a Chinese partner for Australia's Herald Resources Ltd has no immediate impact on the 'B+' corporate credit rating on Antam.
Antam announced a joint 504.8 mln aud bid with China-based zinc and lead mining and smelting company Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet Co Ltd for Herald Resources.
