Akuisisi BRPT ini untuk mendukung rencana bisnis baru di bidang infrastruktur. Dari penjualan ini BHIT meraih dana Rp510 miliar setelah melepas 12% sahamnya di CMNP. Harga yang disepakati sebesar Rp2.100 per saham. Pada perdagangan akhir tahun kemarin CMNP ditutup melemah Rp10 ke Rp1.360.
