SINGAPORE, Feb 23 - Singapore is likely to tighten monetary policy further in April, despite officials downplaying the possibility, after inflation came in well above forecast in January, economists said on Wednesday. The consumer price index rose 5.5 percent from a year ago, the Department of Statistics said, up from 4.6 percent in December.
