Saya lihat semua saham property sudah naik tapi cuma ELTY saja yg masih jalan ditempat dibanding dg BKSL, KIJA dll. Bagaimana prospeknya ? berapa nilai wajarnya? karena banyak coorporate action tapi saham melempem. Kapan BD giliran goreng nih. Mohon komentar para senior dan para analis nih.
