In a special message, our All India President Sri. Nimish Pandya, had urged
all devotees to celebrate Bhagavan’s Birthday, in their homes, with a feeling
that Swami is part and parcel of our home.

I recall those days when I was an active seva dal and later as a Samithi
convenor in Chennai. It was Bhagavan’s 70th Birthday celebrations period. I
wish to make a special mention about Sri. N. Ramani who was the State President
and presently All India Vice Presdient. We were very close friends and worked
together as seva dals in Chennai. Later He became the sevadal coordinator.

During 70th Birthday celebrations, he gave us directions that not only in our
own homes but also in all homes in the adopted villages/slums, we should help
them to celebrate Bhagavan’s birthday in a befitting manner. All homes should
be persuaded to prepare PAYASAM (kheer), and help them in preparation as well.
He used the words, “If not Payasam” at least, the resident should eat a piece
of jaggery, as a sweet.

Noble ideas and wonderful guidance from the blessed leaders..

With Love & Regards, Bombay Srinivasan.
