SAISA Teams,

Welcome back. As many of your schools begin to open up for the 2008-09 year,
it's time to start thinking about college sailing and getting yourselves
underway for the year. There are several clerical pieces of work to be
completed as you ready for the upcoming season.

1. Schools should make sure that their ICSA Directory Administrator is current
(this is the person that is responsible for your information on the ICSA
website)

2. Schools should make sure the information that appears on the ICSA website
is current, this includes:
     a. Contacts
     b. Phone numbers
     c. Team Information

3. Smaller teams or Club teams which may not have a full time coach, you must
have a bona fide team or advisor listed in the Graduate Contact
and who is responsible for authorizing students to compete.

4. As you get closer to the first regatta, please be sure to have all new and
returning sailors complete their eligibility requirements to ensure you
    are sailing with eligible sailors.

5. Teams attending Intersectionals are reminded of the team uniform
requirement.

If you should have any questions, please be sure to contact me.
