Notice of Race for SAISA Women's Singlehanded Championship FALL 2010 DATE: Saturday, September 25, 2010
HOST: University of South Florida, St. Petersburg, FL REPORT TIME: 9:00 am SKIPPERS MEETING: 9:30 am ELIGIBILITY: SAISA schools in good standing - maximum of 4 competitors per school BOATS: BYOB Laser Radials RSVP: Allison Jolly via email at [email protected] by Thursday, September 23rd, 2010 5:00 pm FORMAT: The RC will attempt to sail a full rotation. Three races will constitute a regatta. The cut-off time for racing on Saturday is sunset. In the event that three races are not completed on Saturday, racing will continue on Sunday, September 26. ROTATION: Rotations will be distributed at the skippers' meeting. LUNCH: All teams should come prepared with ample food for the day. Teams should be prepared to be on the water all day and away from shore for the duration of the day. QUALIFICATION: The top two finishers will qualify for the ICSA Women's Singlehanded Championship at USF on November 5-7, 2010. NOTES: All competitors must be registered with the ICSA individual directory. Bring a Nalgene bottle. We will have water coolers on the water for you to refill. Do not bring plastic water bottles from the supermarket.
