What a delightful choice ! I wonder how many of these are propped just to cut some other chaps votes ?
Last election the Saligao constituency had 15,408 votes. If it were the same - and votes were equally divided , it would be 1,500 votes per candidate ?? what a joke ! This year the constituency is enlarged - I am not sure what the new strength will be, and more importantly what percentage turnout will we see. It will take Divine intervention to save Saligao and Goa. sanjeev On 17-Feb-2012, at 2:39 PM, Frederick FN Noronha फ्रेड्रिक नोरोन्या *فريدريك نورونيا wrote: > 35,7, Saligao, ALEX CAMILO RODRIGUES, Independent, Male,10 > 36,7, Saligao, DILIP PARULEKAR, Bharatiya Janata Party, Male, > 37,7, Saligao, FRANCISCO COLACO, Independent, Male, > 38,7, Saligao, GAJANAN NAIK, Communist Party of India, Male, > 39,7, Saligao, MANOJ ANAND SANGODKAR, All India Minorities Front, Male, > 40,7, Saligao, OSBERT MANUEL D'CUNHA, Independent, Male, > 41,7, Saligao, PAUL FERNANDES, Independent, Male, > 42,7, Saligao, SURESH V.
