On behalf of my Mum (92) I'd like to extend my condolences to the family too.
I met Louella about 3 years ago when I was 'living-in' at the Apollo Hospital
in Margao with my Mum, who was poorly. She visited and I was immediately
impressed with her. Not only was she so very kind to visit but she spoke so
intelligently and articulately. My Mum, whom I spoke with today, is shocked by
Louella's death. Apparently, Louella always tended to Mum when she went to the
chapel, offering her a helping hand whenever.
I've been back to Goa 2 or 3 times since and wanted to visit her but didn't.
Another opportunity forever gone.

RIP.

The news of Louella's sudden & untimely demise came as a rude shock to me.
I have taught Louella in Lourdes Convent and have fond and vivid memories of
her as being very affectionate, cheerful, helpful and endearing to all who
came in contact with her.May her soul RIP. My heartfelt condolences go out to
her dear children and the Mascarenhas and D'Souza family.
May God grant them the courage to bear this blow.
Ninette, Leslie and Lesnin Lobo.

When I first saw the name, it didn't ring a bell until Annette put it in
context for me. I also vividly remember Luella's lovely smile and personality.
Feel really bad when I hear news like this. Our condolences go out to the
entire family. Patsy

Sorry to hear about the demise of Luella. May her soul rest in peace! Luella
was with us in school in Lourdes Convent - a smiling & cheerful girl, so who
wouldnt remember her? & then of course we had this "meeting & greeting"
outside her house very often through the years since "Peggy's Corner" was a
sort of bus-stop for all of us. Our condolences to Luella's children & the rest
of the Mascarehas & D'Souza Family. We pray for the repose of her soul.
Annette, Luwell & Ashley
