If i'm not mistaken, this is the building housing the saligao
supermarket and MLA office etc.....
whats the interest here?

By Shri. Manohar Parrikar, Chief Minister;
(a)
the owner of the building in Survey No. 199/4 within the jurisdiction
of Village of Saligao;
(a)
Sir, as per records available with the North Goa District office, the
approval was given in the name of Smt. Maria Eliza Maques;
(b)
the details of open space and parking provision for the building;
(b)
Since land bearing Sy. No. 199/4 of Saligao village is less than
4000m2, there is no need to maintain open space. Further, parking
provision for 15 nos. of cars was shown in the approved site plan;
(c)
whether a proper set back is maintained for proposed construction; and
(c)
As per plans approved by the North Goa District office the set backs
shown on site plan are adequate;
(d)
furnish the copy of the plan issued by the TCP?

Copies of plans approved by the North Goa District office
on 20-9-1994 are annexed.
