It is surprising and shocking at the same time to hear our good old Dotor complaining about the Govt. inaction in setting up a Garbage treatment plant in North Goa. He should have done this himself while he was the CM and Health Minister. The very fact the Salmona spring has been a major attraction and the spring water having medical properties should have been reason good enough to take up necessary steps to protect it from any environmental and ecological damage.
It's a tendency among the average Goan politicians to blame the Govt. of the day while they are on the other side of the fence (read opposition benches), and Dotor Willy is no exception. Com'on Dotor, please don't pass the buck.
