Talking about telephones, the rentals have gone up to Rs 500 (for two months), which is a pretty steep hike. Any idea why places like Saligao are classified as "urban" while my friend at Fatorda (a suburb of Margao) pays lower rates on the grounds that that bustling locality is "rural"?
