---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONSUMER ALERT:No power supply in some Bardez Villages ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PUBLIC NOTICE ---------------------- The public/consumers of area befalling under the jurisdiction of Village Panchayats of Calangute, Candolim, Sinquerim & Fort Aguada & who are presently fed from the existing 33/11 KV, 1X6.3 MVA substation at Candolim are hereby informed that in order to take up the work of installation & commissioning of an additional 33/11KV, 6.3MVA Power Transformer at Candolim Substation, there shall be no power supply for the period from 8.00hrs to 17.00hrs on the days of 6th,7th & 8th of December 2004.
Similarly, the public/consumers of areas befalling under the jurisdiction of Villages Panchayats of Salvador do Mundo, Socorro, Penha-de-France, Sangolda & Pilerne & who are presently fed from the existing 33/11KV. 1X6.3MVA substation at Porvorim are hereby informed that in order to take up the work of installation & commissioning of an additional 33/11KV. 6.3MVA Power Transformer at the Porvorim Substation, there shall be no power supply for the period from 9.00hrs to 13.00hrs of 4th. December 2004.
The public of the above specified areas are requested to co-operate with the Electricity Department during the above specified days. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted.
