Government has received large number of complaints from the public regarding illegal activities carried out by some LPG Consumers/Agents/Distributors etc.
As per the Liquified Petroleum Gas (Regulation of supply and distribution, order 2000) the following activities are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized possession, supply and consumption of domestic LPG Cylinders at Hotels, Commercial Industrial Establishments.
Unauthorized storage and sale of LPG Cylinders. Unauthorized sale of LPG equipments Sale of LPG Cylinders at higher price than that fixed by Government, Oil Companies, ETC. And any other regulation enlisted in the order.
Therefore, all the concerned may please take note of the above the violation of the same shall be dealt with seriously and action will be taken against the offenders as per the above order.
