Saligao has been in the news, over the fountain and garbage issues -- and 
a curious mix between the two.

M&M's appeal to the Governor was published on the front page of the 
Gomantak Times. Herald also highlighted the protests against the garbage 
dumping.

While the fountain issue was on the boil, the garbage-dumping issue 
suddenly shot into prominence.
