Hi, I've had SA running for a few weeks now and it's been updating the html template fine For some reason this has now stopped updating. SA is still running and I still get alerts but the template stays the same.
As far as I can tell nothing has changed on the SA server but I now get this in the log file whenever it tries the template update: 27 June 2002 16:07:10 ERR: GenerateHTMLBasedonTemplate: 70-Permission denied Line: 0 27 June 2002 16:07:10 ERR: GenerateHTMLBasedonTemplate: e:\salive\webtemplate\template2.html-e:\salive\webtemplate\SAdata.html- 2- 1 There have been no username changes. SA was running as a service but I'm now running it as a foreground app while logged on as the Administrator.
