Dirk,

I have upgraded from 3.2.x version of SA to the latest 3.3.1135 version.

All seems to have gone OK.

I have decided to set SA up to run as a service, which I hadn't been doing
previously.

Having set the Servcie to startup automatically and setting the SA Setup
options to /start and /minimised, I find that when I restart the machine
which is running W2K Pro, the sevices starts, it can be seen as a process
running under task manager, but no systray icon is displayed.

I can see from SAWeb that the checks are actually being done but even after
the initial cycle has completed there is no systray icon.

If I start SA form the program menu options it runs fine, but then shows
that there are 2 sa processes running under task manager.

I want to be able to run this as a service as the machine it has been set up
on is likely to be unattended.

Any idea where I am going wrong.

Andy
