Wheels. I tested again and all seems good. To send to two or more recipients you have 3 options. 1. create a person enable him add messenger address to his profile and then use it. 2. create a team and put people in it then send to a team. Just like before. 3. add a hotmail user directly to the task. Similar to adding a e-mail address for a special user in the old email alert. When making a People. Make sure you enable them. It is on the first page. It is a check box (Person is active)
Now to get the messages out. Edit a task Click the Alert Tab Click add Click Send MSN Message In the two block To: box type a hotmail address or click the botton on the right. Add people or teams this way. Caution. Close this box when you are done. The interface doesn't do it for you (DIRK. Can you look at this) In the When section. Pick on of the top 5 items on the left side. I think the first one is the one you want. Then look to the bottom right and check the box that says and when back-up too. Then click okay. It you want different messages create one with the first option only and creat another with the 6th option.
