I've used the satelnet program (in the external directory) and called it
from Servers Alive. This logs into the unix box and runs a script which
does a df -k and grep's the output. If it finds disk utilisation on any
slice over 90% then it echo's "error" which is then picked up by the
satelnet program. 

When I am in the office, I can dig out the scripts.
