Yes, but that requires two things: first, you have to have someone
logged onto the console, and second, the account logged into the
console has to have "lower permissions" than yours, so to speak.  For
example, if one of my admins logs in and tries to control my console
session on one of my web servers, they can't do it.

Besides, it's usually pretty bad practice to leave sessions logged in
on the console.  Security risk.  Just my two cents, though - we're
pretty aggressive about keeping people out of the data center and not
leaving people's accounts logged in.
