I looked through the
archive about this matter. Unfortunately, the question was asked a little
different and the version was not clear.
With version 4.0.1376 is
there any new functionality that we could install an X.509 certificate on the
ServersAlive monitoring machine that would grant it access to the URL in
question? Unfortunately, the server is secured so that it does not allow
any access without the authorized certificate, so this is the only URL
validation option we have.
