Did you download the MIB from APC for your version. For the IP address checking the IP is actually part of the OID. If you walk the MIB it looks like the OID is 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.x.x.x.x where x is the IP address of the unit. For your Second OID that should be 'up' try putting a .1 after the OID. So that it reads 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.7.1
