Jesse,
By Jove, I think you've got it. Let me do some more investigating and see
if that fixes the issue that I am seeing.

I'll let you know.

Thanks!
Dan

Dan,
Do you have a space between the percentage and the number? I
*think* it's supposed to be entered as 99 %, but I'm not sure. The
reason I think that is, because when you use megabytes, or gigabytes you
have to use "## gb", etc. I believe the doc mentions the correct way to
do it though, if that doesn't work....

Jesse.

Subject: [SA-list] "Diskspace" Issue

Hello, All,
I'm having the below issue and I don't know how to resolve it.

I have version 3.3.1135 installed. I have a Diskspace check created.
The drive it is checking is an 8.46 GB drive with 5.86 GB free. If I
set the threshold on the check to less than 99% Free the check does not
say NOT OK. It still says OK. The reason I set it to 99% is because we
had a harddrive run out of space on another machine that had the
threshold set to 10% and we were never notified.

I tried setting an actual byte count, instead of a percentage, it does
seem to work. For example then current free space byte count is
6298529792 if I set the threshold to 6298529791 it says OK. If I add
just one byte to 6298529792 the check says NOT OK. So the actual byte
count check seems to be working. Just not the percentage.

Does anyone know why this would be occuring?

Thanks In Advance,
Dan Geiser <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
