What exact version of SA are you using?
On what OS?
How is it installed? (directly or via a TS session)

Does it give the error each time?
Check if you have the file WODFTPDLX.OCX in the system32 directory.

Any other suggestions to fixing the ftp error ? I have rebooted, have
re registered the ocx files and still no luck.

Did you reboot the system after the install?

Dirk.
Most of Woodstone's staff is currently on holiday, however support
checks
mail a couple of times a day (over a slow link). This does mean that
we
are not able to do all "normal" support tasks.
We will be back, in full force, on August 10th 2003.

I recenelty had to move salive to a new box. Installed the latest
servers alive, copied my config file and everything works except ftp
upload. When it goes to ftp the files, I get Run time error
"-214767261
(8004003)" Automation error Invalid Pointer.

I saw a posting on this a while back but did not see an answer for it.
Is there a simple fix ?
