Can I assume this feature will become richer in subsequent updates to Servers Alive as it would be highly desirable. You can only see the received SNMP traps by using the <sa_receivedtraps> tag within the template based HTML output. dirk. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Peter Enzerink Sent: Mon Aug 25 1:28 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [SA-list] SNMP trap host We are in the process of upgrading from Servers Alive 3 to Servers Alive 4. One of the things we are interested in is the new SNMP trap host functionality. The manual is pretty scant on this and without actually setting it up I can't figure out how this works. Is anyone using this and can you explain how you would send alerts based on a received trap.
