[SA-list] Feature discussion

As SA is currently run on my desktop (yeah I now should be on a server somewhere) I generally know quite quickly when something has failed by monitoring the 'moon' icon and can start to deal with the issue, problem is SA automatically starts to run through the 'page' alerts by SMS to my support team, depending on the failure this can be 4 people.   I'd like to propose a feature that would allow me to right click on the moon icon and click 'stop paging for this down', not only would this same time, money and the nerves of my support staff, but also give me back some processing power on my PC, as it slows down while the serial control of the modem is going on.   Am I the only one who would want this?   Regards   Peter Martin IT Operations Manager Initial Electronic Security t. 01282 473561 f. 01254 267549 e.
