I am trying out the free version of Servers Alive, and am having a few problems. Perhaps some readers here could help me?
- I seem to be unable to save the entries...I click on save, and I am prompted for a filename. I provide one, and it seems to save, but when I restart SA, it does not automatically load, and I cannot load the file by hand. When I try to open the file, I get the following error message:
"Datafile doesn't have the right structure - will only use the first good part of it"
- For some reason, my e-mail notices now contain (PHOTO) in them...what setting did I erroneously select to cause this? I had previously gotten good e-mail notices.
I am using the latest beta (4.0.1526). Any help is appreciated.
