I'm checking with the developper of the tree that we are using if a change
within this tree is posssible. Currently we can force an item to be
visible, however we can't control the fact that we want to see some of the
items below (or even above) it too.

Subject: RE: [SA-list] GUI scrolling

In SAv3 the scrolling was page by page, ie. when the last host check on the
screen was checked the equivalent of a Page Down was sent, whereas in SAv4
it seems the scrolling is line-by-line. I tend to find this less
informative than the page-by-page scrolling from SAv3 as it means you can't
see what checks are coming up and with the screen constantly updating it
makes it harder to catch information quickly on screen.

Is there any chance of changing back to page-by-page scrolling, or, having
the option of line-by-line and page-by-page?

Cheers,
Anthony

That is not in v4.0.1376 (the released version) but in the beta build(s),
and thus also in 4.1 (will be released in January).

Beta on http://beta.woodstone.nu

A merry Christmas to everyone on the list.

Is there a regular setting or registry setting that can be set to allow
the GUI to scroll as SA is going thru the checks. It always scrolled in
the older versions
