The readme says:

Remark:
 INI file must be end with a BLANK line!


 If the path to the ini file contains a space, please put it in between
quotes.
 Example:
 c:\program files\salive\external\countfiles.exe ini="c:\program
files\countfiles.ini" section=mailserver
