Would have to agree we have about 350+ entries in each of our 2 Servers Alive and it takes a good minute minute and a half to get control back. This also happens when you try to move items around into groups.

Maybe this in itself is not normal? This may be tied to the fact that when I first start SA it takes 2-3 minutes for the GUI to become responsive as it loads the host file.
