can you show that in a logfile?

Both of them aren't working if they go
down during the maintenance and are still down when the maintenance schedule is
over.

And which of the 2 alerts isn't
fire-ing?

On the entries I have that are
affected. ALERT-WHEN are when 1 times down and when 5 times down, and when
backup.
The entries are up before going into
maintenance mode
What additional info would you
like?
SA version
4.1.1609
I will have to turn logging on and see
if it happens again.

That will depend on the alert-WHEN options and the status
it had just before going into maintenance.
You will have to give more info on how those are
set.
Also include the version of SA you're using and a log
showing all of that.

Subject: [SA-list] Using the Schedule tab
I have a
machine that I check with the ping check to make sure it is up. Every
night it goes down for regular maintenance and reset. I have SA setup to
not check during that time. The problem I have is that if there is a
problem with the maintenance reset SA doesn't sent out the down page when the
schedule resumes checking the box or its dependences.
