First of all make the template entries. Then create a textfile with the following structure: hostname, prettyname hostname, prettyname hostname, prettyname ... hostname, prettyname (if you don't want to have different hostnames then just have one hostname per line). Select IMPORT from the EDIT menu. Select the just created textfile, select comma as delimiter (or none if you didn't include a prettyname), select the template entries, and click import.
