Fixed it. Looks like it has to be between <sa_groupfooter> </sa_groupfooter> tags (or groupheader I guess). Not sure what these group things do, but at least it makes the trap receiver work!

Did you define the TRAPS class?

It's setup to accept all traps. Might it be a problem with the template? The relevant bit of it is as follows:

Received traps are not visible within the debuglogfile.

Make sure that you have set the IPs that send the traps to be accepted.

I'm trying to get the SNMP trap receiver working. Should received traps show in the log? Nothing is coming through in my HTML, so I'm wondering where it's failing. Any suggestions?
