I got (with SA 4.1.1609) an error, if I run the external COM 'Eventlog check'. It's written in german:
"Die Aktion kann nicht beendet werden, da die andere Anwendung nicht verf�gbar ist. Klicken Sie auf 'Wechseln zu' um die andere Anwendung zu aktivieren und das Problem zu beheben." It means approximately translated: "This action cannot be terminated, because the other application isn't available. Click on 'change to' to activate the other application and to fix the problem." After a lot of clicks, I got the control of SA back.
