Maintenance.exe hostname=machine_running_servers_alive hostport=4301 action=maintenance ui=UID_of_entry.
On the system running Servers Alive (machine_running_servers_alive) right click on the entry that you want to put into maintenance. That will give a menu, within that menu you'll see UI=<a_number>, that the UID of the entry. If you use the unique ID then you don't need the host number.
