I think I found what was going on with the graphs – just did not give it enough time to populate the graphs.  Is it true that we are only tracking the response time through RRD.  Since when we enter an SNMP check it gives us an actual answer is there a way to have that number trended?

Subject: [SA-list] RRDTool

I may be asking a really dumb question here but I can’t seem to get the rrdtool part working.  I have it creating some batch files and if I run them it creates some rrd files and some graphics.  My question is how do I make use of them?  I would like to use it in a similar fashion to Cacti that it will trend our usage and traffic.  All things I have SNMP OIDs for I think.

I searched the archive and all I see is add them to a webpage?  What do I add to the webpage?
