[SA-list] reloading v4

I installed v5 to see if I wanted to upgrade.  I uninstalled it and tried 
to re-install 4.1.  I can no longer run the program because it says that 
"You do not have an appropriate license for this functionality".

How do I get this program to run again without rebuilding the computer it 
runs on?
