If you would like a 'little' shop testing for you - I could probably
spare some time and resources. We only currently have about a 100 and
something checks happening, but if that will help then sure.

Subject: [SA-list] Threading in Servers Alive: the (near) future ...

Something that has been asked about a zillion time is threading of the
checks.
This is a MAJOR change as you can (hopefully) understand. It's something
we
are currently working on.

It will be added step-by-step. BUT we do need some "good" testers for
it.

What does the testing mean. It means running the test versions :-)

Will you see a lot of changes? Well in the first steps not, the first
steps
will be internal code shifts but those need to be tested since the
threading
(that will be added after it) will rely on it.

So if you're willing to help us with those test and provide us with
feedback
then please let me know.

Major milestones:
        * internal code shift to prepare for the threading
        * threading of the COM checks
        * threading of the URL (HTTP/HTTPS) checks
        * more ....
