Most things seem to be possible with SNMP - the tricky thing is knowing which OIDs to look at! Any ideas for the specifics I mention below? Are they possible with the native AS/400 SNMP agent, or do we need to spend loadsamoney on something like the Comtek NMServer agent? (Actually, does anyone know how much that does cost? There's only a "request a quote" link on their website, which always makes me assume it's big bucks...

With SNMP it's possible....
Also with the agent based checking (the one we're currently working on) it will be possible for *someone* to write an AS/400 agent...

Subject: [SA-list] AS/400 support
What chance of some AS/400 support for SA (e.g. CPU utilisation, disk space, job q.s)? Anyone already do this somehow?
Cheers,
Ian
