We are migrating our Servers Alive environment from a desktop to a server class machine. We are going from an external USB modem, to an internal USR PCI 56K Performance Pro Modem.
We are running Windows 2003 Server SP1. Running 6.0.2056 Standard version of Servers Alive in both. The modem queries successfully from within device manager. Any suggestions to resolve this will be much appreciated.
