Noop, it doesn't work for me either. And when I try to configure the test I wonder why you would like to test if a machine is up on a specific host. If you use ESX, you most likely have HA and you don't care on which host a machine is running. To test if a machine is up and running, use ping and diskspace checks instead. Or am I missing something??
