I should also mention that if I right click a host and select check now
it responds fine

The normal ping (ping command from the prompt) is using what as timeout?

And SA is using what as timeout?

If you set

                timeout : 1 second

                frames: 5

=> then each frame gets a max of 200ms

Running 6.1.2251 on Win2003

During a check several hosts come back as down with success rates at 60%

Using the host name or ip makes no difference. If I manually ping a host
it responds fine with no packet loss

Where should I start looking?

Thanks
